Teen Summer Reading Program 2009

- LOTS OF WAYS TO MAKE A BINGO! You can read or listen to whatever you want: Fiction…Non-Fiction…Comics…Graphic Novels…Manga…Books for School… Picture Books… Magazines… Newspapers… Websites… Cereal Boxes… or anything else!!
- Make your Bingos…
Write down how you completed each square. Then bring your card to the desk to have it stamped. Your card will be waiting for you when you return to the library!
- Reach a goal and get a medal! Medals will be available beginning June 15th . Only the days between June 1st to July 31st will count for the program.
You may read on your own or have someone read to you. Open to all ages.
We are making a comic book of YOUR art and stories!
Get a pre-formatted blank comic book sheet at any branch. There are many layouts from which to choose!
Art supplies will be on hand to use at the library or you may take sheets home to work on. Turn in all sheets by July 31st. This fall we’ll publish the comic book and give it away for free!
